ParkLaine was appointed to deliver a comprehensive welfare refurbishment and building infrastructure upgrade for a private global petrochemical organisation at Building 25.
The project involved the refurbishment and reconfiguration of outdated toilet, shower, changing and accessible welfare facilities, alongside the replacement and upgrade of the building’s existing water systems. The works were driven by the need to improve the quality, safety and usability of the welfare spaces, while also addressing ongoing water system performance and legionella management requirements.
By combining high-quality internal refurbishment with significant mechanical, electrical, controls and water infrastructure upgrades, ParkLaine delivered a modern, compliant and durable solution designed to support the long-term operational needs of the facility.
