The Brief

Infinitesima required a modern, flexible workplace that would support its expanding team and reflect the innovative, technology-led nature of the business.

The brief called for 26 open-plan workstations alongside a range of alternative working environments, including formal meeting rooms, quiet enclosed pods, informal collaboration space, a welcoming reception, tea point and breakout facilities, and a dedicated wellbeing room.

Acoustic performance, integrated technology, storage and employee comfort were central to the design. The furniture and small-works package also needed to be coordinated and delivered through a fast-track four-week programme with minimal disruption to the wider business.

The Solution

ParkLaine delivered a coordinated workplace design, furniture and fit-out package that transformed Suite 8 into a flexible, high-performance working environment.

The open-plan office provides 26 bench-style workstations with integrated power, cable management, dual-monitor arms, upholstered divider screens and ergonomic seating. Bespoke lockers, storage and planted units were incorporated throughout the space to improve organisation while introducing natural elements into the workplace.

A bespoke reception counter and visitor seating create a professional first impression. Beyond reception, an informal collaboration area with lounge seating, laptop tables and integrated power offers a relaxed setting for teamwork and conversation. The tea point features café seating and upholstered banquettes, while the dedicated wellbeing room provides a comfortable and private retreat for staff.

The meeting suite comprises two six-person meeting rooms and a separate one-to-one room, supported by integrated presentation technology, video conferencing and room-booking systems. One four-person and two two-person enclosed working pods provide additional settings for focused work, confidential conversations and small-group meetings.

Acoustic wall panels, timber slat features and suspended ceiling baffles help manage sound throughout the open-plan environment. Feature finishes, a moss wall and interior planting introduce warmth, texture and visual interest.

The completed workspace gives Infinitesima a professional, welcoming and future-ready environment that supports focused work, collaboration and employee wellbeing while reflecting the company’s innovative character.
