ParkLaine Ltd partnered with OrthoSon Ltd, a pioneering med‑tech innovator based in Oxford, developing novel treatments for back pain, to refurbish their principal research and development laboratory located at Oxford Science Park. 

Given OrthoSon’s focus on advanced biomedical research, they required a high‑quality, functional lab environment delivered on a very tight schedule. Within just three weeks, ParkLaine completed a full fidelity refurbishment of 1,500 sq ft of lab space, providing OrthoSon’s scientists with an upgraded environment tailored for future growth.

OrthoSon approached ParkLaine to carry out the refurbishment of their main R&D laboratory. The requirement was for new laboratory furniture, enhanced storage solutions, and a complete redecoration of the space to bring it up to a contemporary standard that reflects the innovative nature of their work. The schedule was especially tight, making efficient planning, coordination, and execution essential.

The Solution

ParkLaine delivered a turnkey refurbishment project. The existing lab was stripped back and re‑fitted with purpose‑built laboratory furniture and storage systems tailored to OrthoSon’s workflows. The space was fully redecorated to present a modern, clean aesthetic while ensuring the functionality and durability required for an advanced life‑science research environment. The three‑week delivery timeframe was met without compromising on quality or attention to detail. The outcome is a refreshed, highly functional, and contemporary facility that supports OrthoSon’s team of scientists for the future.
