The client required a comprehensive refurbishment of teaching and support areas to enhance the overall learning experience, promote collaboration across international campuses, and modernise the school environment. The project brief emphasised the need for high-quality finishes, functional flexibility, and spaces that accommodate varied working and teaching styles. A refreshed canteen and welfare area were also key to improving the wellbeing and daily experience of both students and staff.

ParkLaine delivered a turn-key refurbishment solution covering the entire 10,000 sq ft campus. The works involved the complete redesign of learning spaces and classrooms, creating adaptable environments suited to modern educational practices and digital collaboration. Staff offices were upgraded with contemporary finishes and improved functionality, while the student canteen and welfare area were redesigned to foster comfort, wellbeing, and social interaction. Advanced AV and IT systems were integrated throughout, enabling seamless global connectivity across the education group’s network. Despite a demanding delivery schedule, the project was completed within eight weeks, providing the client with a revitalised, high-quality educational facility that supports teaching excellence, innovation, and the wellbeing of students and staff alike.
