ParkLaine developed a floor-by-floor design concept that moves from public to private while maintaining a consistent visual language of soft white, pale oak, charcoal, warm taupe and brushed brass.
At ground floor, the reception, meeting and consultation spaces create a confident front-of-house experience. Brass accents, planting, marble-effect surfaces and carefully integrated lighting give the arrival sequence a calm, gallery-like quality, while the existing decorative details remain central to the design.
The lower ground and first floors are organised around bright, practical laboratory environments. White benching, integrated storage, sinks, technical equipment and generous daylight create a resilient base for focused work.
The first floor also incorporates a doctors office and breakout setting, introducing a more human rhythm between specialist tasks and providing space for collaboration, administration and informal pause.
The second floor shifts the mood again, using darker finishes, timber slatted ceilings, acoustic wall treatments and layered lighting to create a private wellness retreat. The gym and specialist equipment room are designed to feel immersive and intentional rather than purely functional.
The overall proposal connects laboratory performance, client experience and wellbeing across four floors, creating a specialist environment that feels calm, confident and human.
The visuals shown are proposed design visuals developed during the design stage.
