Corgin Headquarters Transformation Underway

We're delighted to announce that ParkLaine has been appointed to deliver the complete transformation of Corgin Ltd's headquarters in Stafford.

For more than 25 years, Corgin has specialised in innovative clean air and clean water solutions, supporting customers across a wide range of industries through its high-performance misting and humidification technologies. As the business continues to evolve, its headquarters is being reimagined to create a workplace that reflects its ambitions and supports the next stage of growth.

Work is now underway at the Hixon Building, marking the beginning of an exciting journey to transform the existing space into a modern, future-focused environment designed around collaboration, wellbeing and flexibility.

This project goes beyond a simple refurbishment. The new headquarters has been carefully planned to enhance the day-to-day experience of the people who use it, while providing the infrastructure needed to support Corgin's long-term success.

The transformation will include:

• A striking new reception and arrival experience
• Contemporary open-plan office and collaboration spaces
• Meeting rooms, focus areas and flexible hot-desking zones
• Enhanced staff wellbeing facilities, including changing rooms and washrooms
• Breakout and kitchen spaces designed to encourage connection and collaboration
• External improvements, upgraded security measures and infrastructure enhancements to future-proof the facility

Every element of the design has been developed with adaptability, performance and longevity in mind - principles that underpin the environments we create for our clients across the UK.
