ParkLaine developed a coordinated two-floor workplace concept organised around choice, flexibility and ease of movement. Open-plan work settings were supported by a varied collection of enclosed and informal meeting environments, allowing people to move easily between focused work, virtual meetings, short conversations and larger collaborative sessions throughout the day.
The interior palette combined warm timber finishes, deep blue feature elements, soft grey flooring, decorative lighting and integrated planting to give the workplace a professional but welcoming character. Open display shelving and planters created subtle divisions within the larger floorplates without compromising light or visibility, while tailored storage walls, pigeonholes and cloak storage helped keep work areas organised.
The furniture strategy included standard and height-adjustable workstations, touchdown and collaboration benches, meeting rooms for two, four, eight, twelve and twenty people, Zoom rooms, creative collaboration seating, breakout settings and a library-style retreat. ParkLaine also coordinated the proposed partitions, glazing, ceilings, flooring, decoration, plumbing, HVAC alterations, lighting, power and data, fire detection and AV containment into a detailed cost plan.
The design package gave the client a clear, costed blueprint for a future-ready workplace capable of supporting different workstyles, improving collaboration and creating a stronger day-to-day experience for employees. The proposed relocation and furniture strategy also prioritised reuse and responsible recycling, with legacy furniture specified for diversion from landfill.
