ParkLaine were incredibly professional from first engagement right to the very end. Even though this was a small project It had a huge impact on our business and ability to optimise out lab space. The entire ParkLaine team were knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating with some potential start date changes as we were engaging over the Christmas break. The attention to detail from the team on site was refreshing and everyone within ORTHOSON knew who was on site and what they were there to do. We would use ParkLaine again and they will be our first thought when needing any future lab or office optimisation

We have recently completed the upgrade and refurbishment of our UK Head Office in Leeds working with the team at ParkLaine. At the start of the process, we met with, and received proposals from, three suppliers, but in reality, the level of professionalism ParkLaine demonstrated from the first meeting meant that there was only likely to be one company we would opt for. Graham and the team made sure they fully understood the brief and their proposal brought to life the ideas we had. As we kicked off the project with ParkLaine, the joint working seemed seamless. We engaged regularly via email, text messaging, virtual meetings and in person, and at each stage we were clear what was needed and from who. The project itself ran to time and the outcome was of high quality. The team at ParkLaine did a wonderful job in making sure they accommodated our team, some of whom were still working in the building. Despite some delays on materials from suppliers, the project was managed in such a way that there was little to no downtime, with each week there being clear and obvious progress made. Overall, I think you get what you pay for when it comes to these refurbishment projects, and the quality of materials and work that we have seen from ParkLaine has given us confidence that the investment was well worth it. I would recommend ParkLaine to any company looking to complete a workspace refurbishment or fit-out and will be in touch with them in the future should we be looking to expand into further locations in the UK.

I speak for myself and the rest of the Ely Team that this specific project to refurbish the site’s locker and toilets rooms was a great success. The overall management and project control was a relief when compared to other works ongoing in a busy factory. ParkLaine demonstrated a real customer drive to deliver their service to a very high standard and the finished project speaks for itself. From our first meeting through to completion, Graham and the team from ParkLaine have provided a high quality, professional service to us as we progressed the redevelopment of one of our buildings. The team took the architects design and turned it into a reality, far beyond anything that we expected. The quality of the finished project has made a huge difference to the team that works within it and always creates a surprised reaction to any visitors to our offices at the stunning finished office, meeting rooms, warehouse and engineer’s workshop. We are now using ParkLaine for the next phase of our redevelopment and would recommend them to anybody who asked.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Graham and the team at ParkLaine during the refurbishment of our 2F office. Although we were initially sceptical that they could achieve our aims within a very tight budget, they surprised us by coming up with plans that completely fulfilled the remit within the budget. However the real joy was in the speedy and professional nature of the implementation. Everything was completed exactly when they said it would be completed, in a completely professional manner and Graham’s personal involvement throughout the project was exemplary. We now have a stunning boardroom and development kitchen and an elegantly appointed office space. ParkLaine will be very difficult to oust as our preferred project partner for the future.

He worked well to create something special with a set budget and this did not take away from the service and quality that was delivered.
