Since 1973, Planer Ltd have been helping hospitals, research laboratories, pharmaceutical companies and the IVF industry with the safe storage and preservation of medical and biological specimens.

They are dedicated to using their years of expertise and experience in temperature control and the management of cells to design, develop and manufacture pioneering, high quality, innovative equipment to preserve, protect and nurture cellular biologicals.

Due to high and growing demand for their market leading products, Planer Ltd required additional manufacturing space within their existing building and therefore decided to relocate their office and workshop-based staff to an adjacent building space to free up more floor area within their existing building and enable them to expand their manufacturing capacity.

ParkLaine Ltd were delighted to be selected as the key partner to help deliver the interior design and fit-out of the new facility. This included installation of a mezzanine floor to create larger 1st floor office space, breakout and meeting spaces, showrooms, and warehouse/workshop facilities. Additionally, new windows were installed on both floors, as well as a covered walkway for staff commuting between buildings. The result is an exciting new workspace which meets the requirements of the team, as well as supporting their vision to help people globally to have successful treatment outcomes and fulfil their dreams of having a family.
