Planer Ltd Building 3

Planer Ltd required a high‑quality fit‑out to deliver office accommodation for their staff, a showroom to display their innovative equipment and a warehouse/workshop facility to support manufacturing and logistics functions. The brief included the construction of a mezzanine floor to create larger first‑floor office spaces, breakout and meeting rooms. Additionally, the building required new windows on both levels, and a covered walkway between the adjacent buildings to maintain functional connectivity and staff circulation. The challenge was to deliver all of this within 13 weeks to minimise disruption and enable Planer Ltd to expand their manufacturing capacity.

ParkLaine executed a turnkey fit‑out solution for Planer Ltd’s Building 3. The project comprised installing a mezzanine floor to expand first‑floor office space, designing breakout and meeting zones that reflect the company’s brand and culture, and delivering a showroom and warehouse/workshop environment tailored to Planer’s operational flows. The installation of new windows on both floors enhanced natural light and external presence. The covered walkway facilitated efficient transition between buildings for staff, supporting operational continuity.
